Starting a rental with the Naki Android or iOS App or with the Naki web app, the pay-per-use pricing applies.
ON THE NAKI STATION’S PAYMENT TERMINAL
Some Naki Stations have a payment terminal.
Just tap your card or phone on the terminal and a powerbank will be ejected in a few seconds.
If the card is not contactless, insert it into the terminal reader (at the bottom of the terminal) and enter the PIN.
The price is fixed, it does not depend on how long you keep the powerbank, as long as it is within the max rental time.

WITH THE NAKI APP OR WEB APP
Pay only for actual usage by renting a powerbank with the Naki app or web app.
The price of the rental depends on the location hosting the Naki Station, but simply scan the station QR code to get this information.

When starting a rental, usually a pre-authorization is placed in your payment method. But don’t worry, that’s not a payment.

YOUR BANK MAY SEND YOU A NOTIFICATION
You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, V-Pay), Bancontact or PayPal.
When starting a rental, a pre-authorization is placed on your payment method. This is just to ensure there are sufficient funds available to pay for your rental.
🔔 Your bank may send you a notification, but this is not a charge.
Once your rental is over, only the price of your rental will be charged.
Depending on your bank, it can take a few hours, up to a few days, for the amount to be adjusted on your statements. This is entirely normal.
KEEPING A NAKI POWERBANK LONGER
Our mission is to share all the goods that you don't need 100% of your time. Powerbanks are these type of good.
⚠️ This is why if you don't return the powerbank within 2 days, you'll be charged 50€ in total.
If you return it afterward you can get a partial refund. All you have to do is to reach out to our Customer Support, our team will be happy to sort it out for you.
